The range includes sausages, vacuum-packed meats and terrines, all made by traditional methods. These products are made exclusively from French pork, specifically from the Rhône Alpes region, in accordance with a strict quality charter (the same meat is used for the famous Aosta ham). Their authenticity is guaranteed by the absence of colouring agents and the use of Guérande salt for preservation. Mont Charvin charcuterie is synonymous with superior quality.
