Walking loop: villages and resorts of Samoëns and Morillon

Although located in the heart of the ski lifts, this hike from Samoëns 1600 is very pleasant. In July and August, the area is covered in blueberries.

Start: Samoëns 1600 (which can be reached from Samoëns by following the signs for Samoëns 1600)

1/ From the Samoëns 1600 parking lot (which can be reached from Samoëns by following the signs for Samoëns 1600)
2/ At the end of the parking lot, take the wide path which, heading left, passes under the Chariande chairlifts.
3/ Arrive at Lac des Gouilles Rouges.
4/ Reach La Tête des Saix.
5/ Climb back down the ridge to Croix des 7 Frères.
6/ Reach Morillon village via Station les Esserts.
7/ Return to Samoëns village along the Giffre river
