Walking itinerary: Bérouze-Mathonex-Vigny

This walk along quiet roads and footpaths provides a glimpse of life in the valley and some of its traditions, through its chapels, shrines, old chalets and Clos Parchet folk museum.

IGN TOP 25 - 3530 ET Samoëns map - on sale at the tourist office and in shops. Montagnes du Giffre hiking map - CCMG - on sale at the tourist office.

1/ From the Place du Berouze, cross the bridge over the Ruisseau de Lachat.
2/ Follow the signs for Les Mouilles and head for the "Accueil Savoyard" chalet.
3/ Follow Noyerets, then Secouen, then Mathonex.
4/ Join the Clos Parchet farm, then take the road down to Combe aux Flés.
5/ From the hamlet of Vigny, return to Les Noyerets.
6/ Take the opposite route back to Bérouze.
