Montée du Lapiaz ski touring itinerary

The Lapiaz hike itinerary is ideal for intermediate hikers (fairly difficult route). It combines woodland sections, open mountain pastures and a panoramic finish overlooking the Flaine valley from the top of the Aup de Véran cable car.

Take advantage of this hike to immerse yourself in the rugged beauty of the Flaine mountains, with its breathtaking scenery and encounters with the local flora and fauna. The route is uphill only and crosses alpine ski slopes, so be visible and careful when crossing the slopes. When crossing sections of piste, keep to the side and stay in line. Downhill skiing is only permitted on open downhill runs. The piste service reserves the right to close down part or all of the route for safety reasons.
