Montée des Grands Vans ski touring itinerary

This route, ideal for intermediate hikers (fairly difficult), combines forest sections, open mountain pastures and a panoramic finish at the top of the Grands Vans chairlift.

Take advantage of this hike to immerse yourself in the wild beauty of the Flaine mountains, with its stunning scenery and encounters with the local flora and fauna. The itinerary is marked out, part of it on downhill ski runs and part on specialised routes. On the way up, stay on the edge of the piste, and on the way down, avoid the edge of the piste. The piste service reserves the right to close the route in whole or in part for safety reasons.
