1 / From the Plan des Arches parking lot: follow signs for "refuge de Bostan" and at the intersection for "Le Plan",
2 / Turn right towards "refuge de Bostan par le Palatieu".
3 / After a zigzagging climb through spruce trees, join the carriage road leading to the refuge de Bostan via the mountain pastures.
4 / From the Refuge de Bostan, follow the 4x4 track for 200m, then turn right at the sign for the Col de la Golèse and Refuge de Golèse.
5 / Follow a flat "sente" to the Plateau des Lagots, then descend for about 15 minutes to the Refuge de la Golèse.
6 / From the Golèse refuge, just follow the main trail downhill. It takes around 1h15 to descend to the Plan des Arches parking lot.
