Restaurant at the Refuge de la Golèse

Located on the Col de la Golèse in the heart of the mountain pastures, the refuge offers an exceptional panorama of the Giffre (Samoëns) valley on the south side and the Manche (Morzine) on the north side.

Located on the GR5, GRP Dents blanches and Tour du Haut Giffre, the Golèse refuge is a starting point for many hikes. You can stay there for one or more days in cosy rooms or dormitories. Accessible to all since the age of 5 years in 1h30 (600m difference in altitude), the refuge was completely rebuilt in the 90s. The Baud family, owners of the refuge, have been welcoming you for over 25 years in this charming alpine setting. On the path, you will discover a rich variety of mountain plants but also, if you know how to be discreet, all the wild fauna of our mountains.
