The photographs in this exhibition feature animals characteristic of the mountain environment and the French Alps.
The photographer will be present on Saturday, August 9, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Exhibition organized by the Criou Livres association.
From snow-capped peaks to mountain streams, from misty forests to the depths of caves, immerse yourself in these environments alongside Alpine wildlife. Perfectly adapted to the demanding conditions of these environments, alpine species amaze with their diversity, beauty, and uniqueness.
The photographs in this exhibition, gathered in five series, feature animals characteristic of the mountain environment and the French Alps. The featured species are sometimes emblematic, such as the chamois and the ibex, and sometimes more discreet, such as the dipper, the mountain hare, the pygmy owl, and the boreal owl. For each series, a poem similar to a haiku links the images, telling part of these alpine stories.
This exhibition is the result of photographic and naturalist work carried out in the Belledonne, Vercors, and Chartreuse mountain ranges, which aims to respect the animals and their natural environment.
The "Alpine Stories" exhibition consists of 19 photographs printed on fine art paper and framed with a mat, measuring 50 x 70 cm and 60 x 80 cm. The photographs are divided into five series of 3 or 5 images.
Antoine CORCKET will be available to meet visitors on Saturday, August 9, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
