A good training venue. The route combines climbing and walking.
"Les Mottets" Via Cordata in Chamonix consists of a equipped 600-metre route running up Le Mottets Rock. It includes a succession of overhangs and ledges and the climb does not exceed 3c in level of difficulty.
The route takes climbers to Les Mottets hut overlooking the base of the Mer de Glace glacier.
