Located just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Samoëns, Lac aux Dames offers a gentle, picturesque natural setting. Surrounded by lush greenery and overlooked by the peaks of the Haut-Giffre, it stands out for the purity of its waters and the tranquility that reigns there.

Around these lakes, you can explore: the Lacs aux Dames Recreation Center in Samoëns, a 10-hectare park built around the two lakes, just 1.5 km from the village center. The site, accessible on foot or by car, offers swimming (supervised in summer), fishing, a playground, sports fields, bars and restaurants, an adventure course, a skate park, an outdoor pool, tennis, water golf, paragliding, hiking, and mountain biking. In the summer, the swimming area is open from July 6 to September 1, from noon to 6 p.m.
