Customized massage: For a massage tailored to your current mood, I suggest you choose the area(s) you wish to relax. Ayurvedic Shirodhara treatment : Shirodhara treatment takes its name from the Sanskrit "shiro" (head) and "dhara" (circulation). This Ayurvedic treatment involves dripping a stream of hot oil onto the forehead. The session begins with a massage of the shoulders, head and face, followed by the flow of oil. This treatment lasts approximately 70 min, 90€. It can be added to an Ayurvedic body massage. Duo massage: A duo massage means sharing a moment of well-being and complicity with a loved one.
