A 78 m² four-room apartment in a quiet residence, on the 1st floor (no elevator), in the heart of the village, sleeping up to 6 people.

Located near all shops, 200 m from the ski shuttle stops, and 500 m from the Grand Massif Express gondola.

LIVING AREA:
Living room with separate, fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, raclette and fondue sets, dishes, glasses, silverware, and kitchen utensils for 6 people).

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (3 air-conditioned bedrooms):

  • Bedroom 1: master suite with private bathroom (shower, double sink, toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer), queen-size bed 160 × 200, storage.
  • Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160 × 200), storage.
  • Bedroom 3: 2 beds (90 × 200) (sleeps up to 4), storage.

A shared bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3 with a shower, sink, heated towel rack, and hair dryer.

OUTDOORS:
Double balcony, including a balcony-terrace with a table and chairs off the living room. A balcony off the kitchen.

A private, enclosed garage with 2 bicycles available for use. Parking is available in the residence’s shared parking lot. Private ski lockers on the ground floor of the residence.

Sheets and bath towels included. Consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dish towels, hand towels) provided.

Security deposit: €1,000 required.
No smoking. No pets allowed.
