Detached chalet on 3 levels, the rental part of which is limited to the upper 2 levels. The surface area is 100 m² with 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with one 140x190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds and a bedroom with 2 x 2 80x190 bunk beds), 2 bathrooms with washbasin and shower and a WC on the first floor, an entrance hall with 1 WC, a 40 m² living-dining room, kitchen with double-sided fireplace and possibility of 2 beds on the ground floor. The living room opens onto a balcony and terrace (south-east). Dual-energy heating (electric underfloor heating and wood-burning fireplace). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and small appliances include fondue and raclette machines. The interior is cosy, with beds equipped with comforters.
