This spacious 84 m2 apartment, located on the 1st floor with elevator, includes 2 large balconies totaling 20m2 with views over the Criou, perfect for enjoying the morning sun.
We limit the rental to 6 people (plus baby) to preserve the calm and comfort of everyone.
It features a spacious entrance hall, with cupboard/wardrobe, and access to the various rooms.
There are 3 comfortable bedrooms:
Master suite (15m²): 160 cm bed with storage space, wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, private bathroom (90x130 cm shower, washbasin unit, towel dryer, hair dryer). With balcony access.
Two bedrooms with balcony access/views: each equipped with 2 single beds (90 cm), large wardrobe/closet and bedside tables with lamps.
All beds have new, high-quality mattresses.
Separate bathroom with shower (80x115 cm), vanity unit, towel dryer and WC.
Separate toilet with washbasin and washing machine.
A spacious, convivial living area (33m²) with double access to a balcony.
You'll be able to enjoy the view and the sun thanks to two chiliennes (folding deckchairs) and a table with chairs.
Fully-equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, induction hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fondue machine, raclette and crepe maker.
Dining area: large extendable ceramic design table with 6 comfortable chairs.
Cosy living room: comfortable 190 cm sofa, two armchairs, TV unit with 55" screen, internet access.
Baby equipment supplied: cot, high chair, small bathtub.
Sleeps up to 8 with 160 cm sofa bed (rental on request and with owner's agreement, extra charge for bed linen).
A private ski locker is available on the ground floor. The Grand Massif ski lifts can be reached by foot in 5 minutes. In just 15 minutes, you'll be on the slopes of France's 4th largest ski area (Flaine, Morillon, les Carroz, Samoens), with views of Mont Blanc.
The large basement garage (PMR) is accessible by remote control (gate and/or elevator), and the garage is secured by key.
A large, secure bike room with sockets and repair equipment is also available in the basement.
If you need it, you can book access to a fully-equipped co-working space (internet, printer, box for private communications), located at the entrance to the building. (Services to be booked directly with the owner).
You can also take advantage of an electric car-sharing service available in the residence if you come without a vehicle. (Service to be reserved).
High-speed fiber-optic wifi Internet access (up to 1 Gbits/sec).
Cleaning is included in the price.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included for stays of 7 nights or more, so you can travel light.
For shorter stays, the rental price will be added to the quote.
