Chalet Mirabelles

The chalet is ideally located 300m from the center of Samoëns, less than 5 minutes' walk away, in a very quiet residential area. Spacious and independent, with a surface area of 81m², the chalet is set in wooded grounds and has 2-3 parking spaces.

Ground floor:

• entrance hall with cupboard,
• fully-equipped kitchen: 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board ....
• Living room with 2 sofas, one of which is a "trundle bed" (2x1 person), TV,
• bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC,
• children's play area.
  First floor:
• bedroom with balcony, double bed (160 x 200)
• bedroom with balcony, double bed (140 x 190) and two bunk beds (90 x 190),
• bathroom with shower, vanity unit, toilet and hairdryer.
  A 120 x 60 baby cot with mattress and high chair are available on request.
  The chalet is private & non-smoking; smoking area on the terrace. Pets are not allowed.
  Outside, covered terrace with secure storage box (hiking boots, skis, etc.) and garden furniture.

A security deposit of 800€ is required on arrival at the latest, and will be returned on departure if no loss, damage or missing items are found.
Tourist tax will be collected by the Tourist Office.
Additional services :
End-of-stay cleaning, to be agreed upon upon arrival.
On request, we can provide bed linen (€15 per bed), towels (terry towel, washcloth: €6 per person) and kitchen linen (free).
