The apartment is on the 1st floor with a sunny balcony, opposite Cinema Le Criou and the bus stop, a five-minute walk from the center. It can accommodate a maximum of four people. There is underground parking. The balcony is sunny every day.

The apartment is accessible by elevator.
Well-equipped kitchen, table for four (four chairs).
The kitchen has an oven and an electric stove, a coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Living room: sofa, armchair, china cabinet, TV.
On the balcony, there's another table and four chairs.
The first bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds.
There is a separate bathroom with WC and shower.
There's a convenience store, Le Sherpa, directly below the apartment. Not far away, you'll also find a bar and a sports store that also rents out equipment. There's a washing line in the apartment. (Laundromat in Samoëns village center for a fee).

Bed linen and towels included.
The balcony faces south, with a view of the Grand Massif Express.
The ski bus stop is across the street.
